My name is Iris Beemster and I am a certified Youth and Life Coach with a passion for working with teenagers, young people and young adults. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Social and Cultural Education (BSW) from the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands), a Certificate in Youth Coaching (NHA - The Netherlands) and a certificate in Life Coaching (New Zealand Life Coaching). I have 10+ years experience working with children, young people and their families.
How I work
I take a holistic approach with every coachee. I often use the DNA-V model in sessions, which has its foundations in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology and contextual behavioural science.

As your coach, I genuinely show up for you with active listening ears, observing eyes and a curious and open mind. I walk alongside you to support you on your journey of discovery.
