Wake up to your full potential

The Miracle Morning was mentioned by someone I was watching on YouTube and I got curious.

After a quick Google search I found out that there was a book (several in fact), which I was able to get from my local library. In 'The Miracle Morning' book author Hal Elrod describes a morning routine, based on six habits, that will help anyone to wake up to their full potential.

As I am familiar with each of the six habits (silence, affirmations, visualisation, exercise, reading & scribing) I was keen to give it a go. The great news is, you can do the whole routine in as little as six minutes (one minute for each component), however I generally opt for about an hour, which mostly depends on how long I exercise and meditate.

Reading is probably where I have gained the most so far. I love to read, but usually leave it until the evening and then it often does not happen. By reading for ten minutes in the morning, I finished reading the Miracle Morning book in no time at all and now I am going through the pile of books I started to read, but did not finish. But I enjoy all six habits and it is certainly making a difference to my days...even the ones where I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep.

I highly recommend to check out the Miracle Morning website where you can find some free stuff, like the Miracle Morning movie and the Miracle Morning app as well as other helpful information and resources.
