Four week 'Tackle Anxiety' programme

Working one-on-one gets the most out of each session and provides opportunities to really dive deep into your experiences. 

Programme includes:

  • Online meet & greet prior to week 1
  • Four one hour sessions (face-to-face or online)
  • In session and homework activities
  • Guided discussion and reflection
  • Mindfulness and movement exercises

Please note that Tackle Anxiety is most suitable for young people (14+) who are experiencing low to medium level anxiety. Participants gain the most by active engagement and attending all sessions. The program asks for participants to be open to explore their own feelings and behaviours and share (some of) their personal experiences. Sessions take place in a safe environment, where privacy is respected.

Tackle Anxiety costs $270 per participant.
